Exact replacement for original T3i kit lens (18-55mm) Sure, there are cheaper, generic, lens caps. But sometimes you want the perfect original quality replacement for the thing you lost. And if you bought a T3i (or 4 or 5) with a 18-55mm lens kit, this is it. Exactly.

I actually like these MUCH better than the side pinch/grab lens caps I actually like these MUCH better than the side pinch/grab lens caps. These make so much more sense, ergonomically speaking that is. I bought this lens cap for my 50mm f1.4 and it’s a perfect fit. I only wish canon would make these lens caps available with the security string attached so I can stop loosing these lens caps. This is a great replacement cap, I can’t say that it is better than any of the generic caps that I already have and I’m not sure what inspired me to purchase this one instead…

Great product Originally bought this lens cap for a 70-200mm lens. It fit the lens perfectly; however, it was a very tight fit putting the lens into it’s case. My 24-70mm lens did not have a lens cap and it took the same diameter as the 70-200mm. So, I ordered a side pinch cap (which is thinner) for the 70-200mm and used this one on the 24-70mm. Worked out perfectly. Would definitely recommend purchasing a side pinch cap for 70-200mm lens if you want to put the lens into the case that usually comes with it.
